Carletech was started in 2013 by owner Dan Carleton and first started trading under the name of Stockton Computers.
Stockton Computers had such great sucess that at the end of the 2016 financial year, the busisness expanded and Carletech was born.
Stockton Computers had expanded to a second store after the acquisition of Shortland Computers which was where Dan originally learnt his trade under previous owner Ross.
Through this expansion a name change was undertook to unite the two stores under one name.
